QUALITY MANAGEMENT

ISO_9001_299_162Our policy adopted with the aim of continuous improvement through the Total Quality Management plan has enabled us to be one of the top companies in the sector to obtain the ISO 9001 Certificate of Quality (October 2000), which is applied not only to the MARKETING of workplace protection material but also to the ADVISORY SERVICE on personal protection equipment, which also makes us the first company that ensures advice.

These commitments enable us to set the following objectives as part of our quality policy:

COMPANY QUALITY POLICY

  • To satisfy the requirements of the customer in a permanent way; this means that the products we supply the market with are suitable for their intended use, performance, safety and reliability.
  • To be competitive on the market through the correct application and fulfilment of the quality system that enables us to control and cut the cost of lack of quality. Or to put it another way, to eliminate waste in the operations that to not provide the product with added value, with this reduction reflected in the cost of the final price of the product.
  • To work throughout our organisation with a culture of zero defects and of satisfying the external customer by strictly applying it in our relations as suppliers and internal customers.
  • And as a final objective, we aim to provide a "complete service" that is better than what our competitors can provide.
