- Support, if necessary in the drawing up of a Hazard Prevention Plan.
- Training on the premises of Mape Seguridad, S.A. and/or on our customes’ premises.
- We publish the magazine “EPI’s Hoy, which is designed for hazard prevention professionals of companies in order to inform them about new products and provide training in them.
RANGE AND SERVICE:
- We work with over 4,000 references.
- We work with 150 Suppliers of workplace protection and clothing, and this enables us to avail ourselves of the latest products in the sector.
- A Customer Attention Service made up of 5 people with training in products and information on the exact situation of the order:
- Product availability.
- Delivery terms and conditions.
- Evolution and status of outstanding orders.
- Goods delivery confirmation.
- A technical department made up of 5 people with advanced qualifications, plus the collaboration of the consultancy firm RIGHT&SAFE to ensure any technical consultation within a 24-hour deadline relating to products as well as legislation.
- Immediate delivery of over 3,000 references in stock, thanks to new the warehouses adapted to the 5 “Ss” and the new logistics system.
- The setting up of the “EPILAN" SPECIAL EMPLOYMENT CENTRE designed to:
- Contribute towards social sustainability.
- Help our customers comply with the LISMI (Law on the Social Integration of the Disabled).
- Develop our own economic brands with quality assurance and added value through their introduction in Asia:
