EPILAN was set up at the end of 2007 to be the vehicle enabling two of the most important commitments of MAPE SEGURIDAD to be met:

Full satisfaction of its customers through a global service: to help its customers comply with the LISMI (Law on the Social Integration of the Disabled) through the alternative means established by the Law by providing them with advice and supplying the PPE they need.

Promotion of social sustainability: the new personnel required are contracted from the more disadvantaged groups (disabled people) and are incorporated into EPILAN, a move that contributes towards incorporating them into the workplace and achieving their full social integration.
