The Association of Specialists in Protection AEP was constituted on 16 April 2009 with some very clear aims:

To boost the sale of PPE in highly specialised establishments that market all categories of them and offer technical advice in each case.

To watch over and promote the principles of professional ethics in the distribution of PPE.

To create a quality brand that distinguishes the specialised distributor of PPE; this process is currently in the development stage with the collaboration of Right & Safe and AENOR.

To promote research, development and innovation in PPE.

To act as a mediator in conflicts between companies in the association by developing a code of ethics.

To represent and defend the interests of its members before manufacturers and/or organisations.
